MY STORY

Managing Director and Head Photographer, Wayne Ashby, has earned a solid reputation for delivering outstanding sporting images backed by first class customer service.

Combining a genuine passion for sport with a lifelong interest in photography, Wayne founded Queensland Sports Photography in 2010. It was a natural progression on the back of a career firmly grounded in the sporting industry, including the conceptualisation and management of his successful business, Queensland Sports Tours.

Wayne has a solid understanding of the sports he photographs and knows how to secure the best angles and shots. He can capture the true essence of any sporting moment and is primed to recognise vital opportunities worth shooting, whether it is the exhilaration of the win, the disappointment of defeat, the triumph of effort, the camaraderie of team spirit, or simply capturing the mood of the crowd.
